Order confirmation usually takes place at the time of purchase, but confirmation of orders made as a result of purchase-by-draw may take longer than usual.

6. Payment deadlines
(4) Online payment system such as PayPal: You’ll be asked to enter your account information when you place your order. Payment is processed based on the terms and conditions between you and your online payment service provider.

Shipping charge will be added to your order total. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

8. Cancellations
We accept cancellations requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us via e-mail.
Order cancellations may take longer than usual because of international time zone differences.
9. Validity of your order
Order is valid for 14 days from the date it was placed.
Orders for which payment has not been received after 14 days will be cancelled.
10. Shipping methods
Delivery of merchandises is outsourced to a carrier mentioned separately.
11. Delivery time
Orders are shipped within two business days from the date of order (or after payment is confirmed if bank or postal transfer was chosen).
Orders placed on a day the company is closed will take 3 business days to confirm. Orders received during exceptionally busy Periods with large-volume shipments may take 4 – 5 days to confirm.
The timing of delivery will depend on the selected carrier's delivery schedule.
12. Deadline for returns
Within 7 days from the date or delivery (Only unopened items can be returned)
Returns cannot be accepted in the absence of a record of the item having first been delivered.
